Here comes the rain again...

It's raining again in Los Baños...just this morning it was so hot, I felt like I was melting and now it seems like there's a signal no. 2 storm.  The sky has gotten really dark and there is no sign that it is stopping soon...I wonder where my eldest daughter is? She goes to UPLB, and has classes until 6pm. Being born and bred here in LB, you'd think that she would bring an umbrella everyday...but no...not my daughter...I have gotten tired of reminding her everyday to bring an umbrella and now, every time it rains,  I would just look out the window and wonder where she is. 

The weather here is very tricky. You wake up in the morning and everything is bright and sunny...an ideal day to wash clothes, set up a table and chair under the mango tree, weed the garden...all sunny stuff would come to mind...but if you have lived in Los Baños long enough, you would know that the sunnier the morning is then the harder the rain would be in the afternoon.  If it's not so hot then it's only going to drizzle. It is like this everyday from mid-May to August sometimes up to October. There are times when the day would start sunny then it would rain at noon then sunny again for the rest of the day. Some people hate it...but for me it's like everyday is a surprise...is it going to rain?...it's not?...is it? 

Big Bang Fanmom

Today I watched (again) the video of "Bad Boy" from Big Bang's Alive tour 2012...me and my daughters can't wait for October 24 when Big Bang will come to the Philippines for the Philippine leg of their Alive Galaxy Tour which will be held at the SM MOA Arena. Yes...I have to admit...I am a fanmom! Is there such a thing? I hope there are other fanmoms like me out there. So I won't feel alone :) .....Anyway, among the many groups, Big Bang is our favorite. They are like sons to me and I feel very proud whenever they come up with new songs and MVs, when they appear in TV programs, concerts, dramas and plays.  They are just so talented.  We were very ecstatic when we heard that they are coming here...my daughters are very happy that it's in October..sem-break, yey! We are already planning when to go to Manila, what to wear, what to bring...are we going to the airport?...the girls would really love it but I have to check my schedule first...when 2NE1 was here for a concert, I had a 3-day seminar that I couldn't get out of..I was almost in tears as I thought of Dara, CL, Bom and Minzy singing and dancing just a few kilometers away from where I was...this time I would make sure that I have nothing scheduled on D-day...I will definitely be there!

My First Post:)

It's 3:39 am and I am writing my first post...is it the best time to start a blog? I don't know...I just felt that If I don't do it now then I might not be able to do it until later or not  at all.  Hmmmm...I am excited! I will be writing about whatever topic that comes to my mind...mostly experiences, thoughts, lessons I learned in life as a person, a wife, a mom, a sister, a friend, a working mom and about my favorite Korean stars:)
